The Soluton: CleanSort IML
YUPO CleanSort IML is the next generation of sustainable labeling technology. CleanSort label substrates are designed to remove during the recycling process and carry away contaminants such as inks, foils and coatings so that the packaging materials (PP, PET and HDPE) can be returned to pure polymer and used again.
While this helps in capturing more material to be used it also reduces waste by allowing non critical raw materials to be produced. All this while keeping up the highest standard of printing quality that YUPO is known for.

Pressure Sensitive options have traditionally been limited to print methods restricting the ability to keep up with changes and expectations in the printing world.
As printers and molders indicate needed changes, newer products for these type labels allow for a wider range of adhesives including permanent and removable emulsion, solvents, hotmelt and even leaning into aqueous adhesives.
